[ ........ why is he getting insulted like this. let him live for a day without being roasted ]

"I don't think I'll ever mix my coffee with an energy drink after that morning. I heard colours and the professor told me that I'm going to die an early death.
I like being awake for my classes but three to five years of my life is a lot to give up as well"
Not quite. There's a number of extra factors involved in energy drinks beyond just having more caffeine. They can also have higher amounts of sugar and are designed to be consumed more quickly. With coffee, it's easier to pace yourself and ensure that you have a more controlled dosage, while also avoiding all of the extra ingredients.
Of course, I drink neither. A simple combination of tea and a sweet breakfast works wonders for me.
But the issue involves all-nighters, it seems. I see. I can't say that I've practiced that reckless experience before, but sugary products may be able to help you. Don't you know the value of snacks?
Of course not. If there's any work that needs to be done, I complete it before it's time for a proper night of sleep.
Also, I'm signing you up for a newsletter. It will alert you to snack-related savings and discounts happening throughout the town. In an economical pinch, coffee could be fine, though, so long as you keep it moderated.

But why three to five years specifically? Is that really what you consider of your life expectancy?

She's probably right, you know. Even I fear energy drinks.

I know energy drinks aren't the best but aren't they just as bad as a couple cups of coffee?
